This is why Dex likes this article
This vertical suspension file holder from ELBA ensures clear filing on your desk. With the handy thumb cut-out and included visible tab, you quickly find what you're looking for.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need vertical suspension files?
Vertical suspension files are essential for keeping documents neatly stored. You use them when you want to archive documents that need to remain easily accessible, such as contracts, invoices or project files. This system prevents papers from creasing or getting mixed up in drawers or cabinets.
Why choose A4 format with 25 pieces?
The A4 format fits the standard Dutch document sizes, and this pack of 25 pieces provides enough stock for a complete reorganisation of your archive. You can set up an entire system straight away without quickly running through your supply, while 25 pieces remains manageable for smaller offices.
The benefit of 240 g/m² board with plastic reinforced fold
The board weight of 240 g/m² provides sturdiness without the files becoming too heavy for frequent use. The plastic reinforcement on the fold adds extra durability at the point where most wear occurs. This combination means your suspension files keep their shape, even after months of intensive use.
Practical details that make the difference
The thumb cut makes it considerably easier to grip and move files, especially from full drawers. Each file is supplied with a visible tab and matching labels, so you can start labelling and organising straight away.
