A handy document wallet with 3 flaps that protects your documents well against falling out and creasing. Perfect for projects or loose papers you want to keep neatly stored.
When do you choose this product?
What does this document wallet do for you?
A wallet with an expanding flap is ideal when you want to temporarily gather loose documents and keep them organised without punching holes in them right away. You mainly use this type of folder for project files, meeting papers, or documents you still need to sort before they get their final place in a binder or archive.
Why choose the A4 format?
The A4 format matches the standard size of most office and correspondence documents. This size means your documents don't need to be folded and stay neatly in the folder without creasing or getting damaged.
The benefit of 3 expanding flaps
This ELBA document wallet has 3 expanding flaps that enclose your documents on all sides. As a result, loose papers won't fall out of the folder, even when you turn it upside down or carry it around. The flaps offer more security than an ordinary folder with only a spine fold.
Practical tip for optimal use
When filling the folder, make sure you don't put too many documents in at once, so the expanding flaps can still close properly. The cardboard material is sturdier than paper, but remains flexible enough to handle easily. It's best to store the folder upright or flat to keep its shape.
