What does this invoice book do?
An invoice book with carbon copies is used for making carbon forms, where you create multiple copies of a document in a single action. This ELVE invoice book, measuring 140 × 105 mm, is ideal for administrative processes where you need copies straight away without using a photocopier.

Why choose this duplicate format?
This invoice book is produced in duplicate, which means you get one copy per sheet alongside the original. The compact format of 140 × 105 mm makes it practical for use at any workstation and fits easily in drawers or document folders. With 50 sheets, you have enough stock for regular use.

Practical carbon copy functionality
The invoice book works with carbon paper, so everything you write on the top sheet is automatically transferred to the copy underneath. You don't need to apply extra pressure - normal writing pressure is enough to produce a clear copy. This saves time compared with making copies by hand.

Handy storage tip for optimal use
Store the invoice book in a dry place and avoid exposure to heat to preserve the quality of the carbon paper. Keeping the pad flat prevents the sheets from curling, which can affect the carbon function. The format fits perfectly in standard document drawers and is suitable for use with a pen or pencil.
