When do you need a General Meeting ring binder?
This ELVE ring binder has been specially developed for the professional archiving of meeting papers during general meetings. You use this ring binder when you want to store and present official documents, minutes and important papers from meetings in an organised way.

Why choose this A4 format with 4 rings?
The A4 format is a perfect fit for standard meeting documents, while the 4-ring construction ensures your papers are held securely. The ring binder measures 320 x 260 mm, leaving enough room for A4 documents without them getting creased.

Professional look with gold print
The black PVC cover gives a businesslike and durable impression, while the gold title print on both the front and the spine of the ring binder creates an official appearance. This makes the ring binder easy to recognise in your archive and gives it the appropriate dignity for important meeting documentation.

Complete set with numbered sheets
This ring binder is supplied with a refill of 100 numbered vellum sheets, meaning each sheet is provided with a folio number. The set also includes a front sheet with a signature field, so you can start recording meeting decisions straight away and have them officially signed.
