What does this form do and when do you use it?
This ELVE shipping form is a carbonless form specially designed for administering shipments and deliveries. You use it when you want to keep an original for yourself while providing copies to the recipient or carrier. The self-copying paper ensures your information automatically comes through on all copies without carbon or transfer paper.

Why choose this three-part format?
With three copies per form, you can set up a complete administrative chain: one copy for your own records, one for the customer, and one for the carrier or as a back-up. The square format of 210 × 210 mm offers enough space for all essential shipping details without the form becoming unwieldy to store or transport.

How does the self-copying system work?
The self-copying paper means you only need to write or type on the top sheet. The pressure automatically passes through to the underlying copies, saving time and preventing you from having to fill in the same information several times. This system works best with sufficient writing pressure and a ballpoint pen.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Store the form book in a dry, cool place to prevent the self-copying paper from deteriorating. When filling in the form, make sure to use a hard surface so that the carbonless copies work optimally. With 50 forms per book, you have enough stock for regular shipping traffic.
