When do you use a 24-pocket expanding file?
A 24-pocket expanding file is ideal when you want to keep large quantities of documents in a structured way. You use this type of file for archiving invoices, contracts, correspondence or project documents where you need many different categories. The 24 pockets provide enough space for extensive sorting without needing multiple files.

Practical organisation with index tabs
The multicoloured index tabs with viewing windows make it easy to organise your documents clearly according to your own system. You can decide for yourself which categories to use – whether alphabetical, numerical or by subject. The tabs ensure you can quickly find the right pocket.

Practical see-through function on the cover
The front cover has cut-outs, giving you direct sight of the index without opening the file. This saves time when searching for specific documents. The reinforced spine band (expandable back) ensures the file gives way when you add more contents, without the binding being damaged.

Suitable size for A4 documents
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this file fits standard A4 documents perfectly. You can easily store the file in an office drawer or filing cabinet. Be sure not to overfill the pockets, so that the expandable back can continue to perform its function and documents remain easy to access.
