When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A desk file is a handy desktop organiser that you place within easy reach for documents you need regularly. With 32 compartments, this emey desk file offers enough space to neatly sort different categories of paperwork, from client files to invoices and correspondence.
Why 32 compartments is the right choice
The A4 format fits standard Dutch documents perfectly, while 32 compartments strike an ideal balance between sufficient sorting options and compact dimensions. You can use it to organise a full month of daily post or keep different projects separate without the file becoming too large for your desk.
Durable construction with practical details
The PVC film cover is glued and features a large index window for clear identification. The stretchable reinforced spine adapts to the amount of documents, while the sturdy cardboard inlay ensures stable compartment division. The metal tabs and replaceable labelling fields make it possible to adjust the layout when your way of working changes.
Practical organising tip
Position the desk file so the index window is clearly visible, and use the continuous labelling strip to keep a logical order. Thanks to the replaceable labelling fields, you can easily adjust seasonal categories without buying a new file. The black colour looks professional in any office environment.
