Genuine EPSON ribbon that delivers sharp, long-lasting prints on your till printer. Easy to replace and compatible with a wide range of TM printers for reliable receipts.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a printer ribbon?
A printer ribbon such as the EPSON ERC 38B is used for dot matrix printers and receipt printers that print mechanically onto paper. You need this type of ribbon when you use older EPSON TM-series printers or Samsung SRP-275 printers for receipts, invoices or other administrative documents.
Why specifically the ERC 38B model?
This ERC 38B ribbon is the original EPSON variant developed specifically for an extensive range of TM printers. It works with models from several series, including the TM-U200, TM-U210, TM-U220 and TM-U300 series. The Samsung SRP-275 is also compatible with this ribbon, which makes it a versatile choice.
What does nylon material mean for your printing?
The nylon material ensures consistent black print quality throughout the entire lifespan of the ribbon. Nylon has the property of distributing ink evenly across the fabric, so you still get legible prints even towards the end of its useful life. This material withstands frequent mechanical stress from the print heads.
Practical tip for making the right choice
Check the exact model number of your printer before ordering. This ribbon also replaces the ERC-30 and ERC-34 variants, so if you previously used either of these types, you can switch to the ERC 38B. Pay attention to the difference between the B variant (black) and any colour variants if you need specific print colours for your documents.
