When do you need archive boxes?
Archive boxes are used for the long-term storage of documents that you do not need every day, but still want to keep. These A4-size boxes are ideal for archiving contracts, annual reports, tax papers or project files. With a spine width of 100 mm, they offer enough space for a substantial amount of paperwork.

Why choose this A4 size?
The A4 size fits perfectly with the standard document sizes used in the Netherlands. The dimensions of 100 x 250 x 350 mm are specifically designed to store A4 documents without folding them. The 100 mm spine width means that each box can hold a sizeable stack of documents, allowing you to use your archive space efficiently.

Sustainable archiving with recycled material
These boxes are made from 100% recycled material, which contributes to sustainable office practice. The corrugated cardboard is covered with paper and features a lined print, providing extra sturdiness and a professional appearance. The construction is able to withstand regular use and long-term storage.

Practical details for easy use
Each box has a fold-out lid and convenient hand holes for easy transport. You receive 25 pieces in one pack, which is cost-effective for offices that archive regularly. The white colour makes it possible to label the boxes or add colour codes for a clear archiving system. Be sure to store the boxes in a dry place to preserve the quality of your documents.
