What are document folders and when do you need them?
Document folders are indispensable for keeping loose documents organised without punching holes in them. You use them when you want to temporarily bundle A4 sheets, sort them by subject or client, or transport documents without a ring binder or lever arch file.

Why choose this colour-sorted pack?
This pack of 100 pieces gives you five different colours: blue, yellow, orange, red and green. Thanks to the colour selection, you can set up a visual system straight away, where each colour stands for a specific category, project or priority. This saves search time and prevents documents from ending up in the wrong place.

Sturdy quality with practical folding flaps
The 160 g/m² card provides enough strength to protect your documents well without making the folders too heavy. The two folding flaps keep your papers safely in place, even during transport. The material is also 100% recyclable, which contributes to sustainable office use.

Practical tip for optimal use
With 100 folders in the pack, you have sufficient stock for a long period, ideal for busy offices. Set up a colour-coding system in advance: for example, red for urgent matters, blue for administration and green for projects. Write this system down so colleagues also know which colour stands for what.
