This foldable upright file keeps your A4 documents neatly organised. With the interchangeable spine label and handy grip, you always have an overview in your office.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a lever arch file?
A lever arch file is used for archiving documents that you don't consult regularly but still want to keep organised. This Esselte VIVIDA model is ideal for neatly storing folders, notebooks, catalogues, magazines, brochures and forms — the perfect addition when you want to sort large amounts of paperwork by project, year or subject and easily find them again.
Practical advantages of this design
This file has a replaceable spine label, allowing you to clearly label the contents and adjust them when needed. The grip opening makes it easy to pull the file out of the cabinet, even when it is standing between other files. The PVC film protects against dust and moisture, which is important for long-term storage.
Use and compatibility
The dimensions of 320 x 240 mm make this file suitable for standard A4 documents. Thanks to its collapsible design, you can store empty files flat, saving space in your stock cupboard. The front pocket offers additional options for identification alongside the spine label.
