These sturdy suspension files made of kraft cardboard organise your filing cabinet perfectly. With reinforced edges and handy label holders you keep an overview of all your documents.
When do you choose this product?
Which filing needs are hanging files for?
Hanging files are essential when you want to archive documents neatly in hanging file cabinets or drawers. They hang from rails and make it possible to quickly browse through your paperwork without having to take folders out of the cabinet. With these hanging files, you create an organised system.
Why this V-bottom variant?
The V-bottom ensures that documents do not sink down but remain neatly upright in the folder. This keeps your papers organised and prevents them from creasing or being damaged.
Sturdy construction for heavy use
These hanging files are made of kraft cardboard with a double reinforcement strip. This robust construction prevents tears and ensures that the files retain their shape, even with regular use. The material withstands frequent insertion and removal of the files.
Practical details for your office
The files are supplied in a value pack of 25 pieces and are specifically designed for use in hanging file cabinets. They feature an 18 mm wide tab holder, so you can use writable labels to clearly mark the contents. The 'visio plus' tab holder ensures good legibility of your labels.
