What does this product do?
A name sign on the table makes it immediately clear who is sitting at a meeting table, reception desk or event venue. With the EUROPEL name sign holders, you create a professional appearance at meetings, training sessions or receptions, without participants having to introduce themselves or search for badges.

Why this size and design?
This name sign measures 150 x 55 mm, which is large enough for a clearly legible name, job title or company name. The roof-shaped design ensures the sign stands upright securely, without an extra stand or fixing. Because it is made of transparent acrylic, it fits into almost any meeting or office environment without standing out in a disruptive way.

Honest about the two-sided presentation
A practical feature of this model is its two-sided presentation: the name card can be read from both sides. This is especially handy in situations where visitors or colleagues are seated on either side of the table, such as at panel discussions or open meetings. You simply place an insert card and both sides display the information equally.

Practical tip for use
The set contains 10 pieces, which is immediately useful for a small meeting room or a standard training session. For the insert cards, you can cut paper to size yourself or print it at 150 x 55 mm, so you can easily change names per session. After use, store the holders flat and stacked, as the acrylic is vulnerable to scratches if stored carelessly. If you have several rooms to label, check whether your number of participants fits within the supplied 10 pieces, or order multiple sets.
