What does this product do?
A name plate on the table allows visitors, participants or colleagues to identify one another immediately, without having to ask for an introduction each time. The EUROPEL name holder is designed for use on meeting tables, reception desks or at events where a clear display of names is desired.

When is this size the right choice?
This name plate measures 105 mm wide and 40 mm high, which provides enough room for a clearly legible name without obstructing the view across the table. The roof shape keeps the plate stable without the need for an extra stand or fixing materials. That makes it suitable for situations where you want to set out name plates quickly and clear them away again.

Two-sided presentation: what does that mean in practice?
Because the name plate is visible on both sides, both the person themselves and the people across the table can read the name. This is particularly useful at round meeting tables or larger gatherings where participants view one another from different angles. You therefore don't need to consider one fixed viewing direction.

Practical tip for use
The set contains 10 pieces, which is more than enough for an average meeting room or a smaller gathering. The clear acrylic keeps the holder visually neutral and suits a variety of tables and settings. For the insert cards, cut paper to a size of 105 x 40 mm, so that the text sits neatly and centred in the holder. Store the holders stacked after use to prevent damage to the acrylic.
