Keeps your documents neatly organised with this sturdy card folder. The three flaps ensure nothing falls out, perfect for transport or archiving.
When do you choose this product?
What is a document wallet and when do you need one?
A document wallet is used to store and transport important documents safely. This EXACOMPTA wallet is ideal when you want to protect A4 sheets from folding, creasing or dirt during transport or storage. Perfect for contracts, reports, drawings or other valuable documents you want to keep neat.
Why choose this A4 format with three flaps?
The dimensions of 245 x 350 mm are specifically designed for A4 documents, so your papers fit exactly without sliding around. The three inner flaps ensure your documents remain well enclosed on all sides. This prevents papers from slipping out, even if you hold the wallet upside down or put it in a bag.
Sturdiness thanks to 280 g/m² card
The 280 g/m² card offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This weight is strong enough to protect your documents against light knocks and pressure, yet remains easy to handle for daily use. The wallet holds its shape well, even after repeated opening and closing.
Practical tip for optimal use
Store this document wallet upright in a drawer or filing system for the best accessibility. Thanks to the pastel green colour, you can easily distinguish different projects or categories of documents when using several wallets side by side. Do not overfill the wallet so the flaps can still close properly.
