When do you need a document folder?
A document folder is useful when you want to store and transport A4 documents safely, without them creasing or getting damaged. This type of folder is ideal for organising contracts, reports, certificates or other important papers that you consult regularly but still want to keep protected.

Why choose this cardboard model?
This EXACOMPTA document folder is made of sturdy 280 g/m² cardboard, which strikes a good balance between firmness and flexibility. The cardboard is thicker than standard paper but lighter than hard folders, so your documents are well protected without the folder becoming too heavy for daily use.

Benefit of three insert flaps
The design with three insert flaps seals your documents on three sides. This prevents papers from slipping out of the folder during transport or storage. The flaps fit snugly without the need for elastic bands or other aids.

Practical dimensions for A4 format
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this folder fits standard A4 documents perfectly. The folder is slightly larger than A4, so you can easily insert and remove your papers without the edges getting damaged. The red colour makes the folder easy to spot in your filing system or bag.
