When do you need a large document folder?
A document folder with 130 mm capacity is ideal when you want to keep many loose documents, contracts or files together. This EXACOMPTA folder is perfect for archiving complete project files, annual administration or extensive correspondence that you need to consult regularly.

Why choose this A4 format?
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this folder fits standard A4 documents perfectly, without the paperwork creasing or folding over. The 130 mm capacity offers room for a considerable amount of paperwork, so you can replace several thin folders with one sturdy solution.

How does the closing system work?
The folder has a gusset expansion with a linen strap that ensures a secure closure, even when the folder is full. The expandable folded spine automatically adjusts to the amount of contents, while the flap at the bottom prevents documents from falling out when you transport the folder.

Practical storage tip for optimal use
Store the folder upright in a cupboard or drawer so you can easily see what's inside. Thanks to its black design, the folder keeps a professional look, even after intensive use. When filling it, distribute the documents evenly so the folded spine is not put under uneven strain.
