When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is ideal for neatly storing documents that you don't need every day but still want to keep. This EXACOMPTA archive box is suitable for DIN A4 documents and helps you archive important papers, contracts or project files in a structured way.

Why choose an 80 mm spine width?
The 80 mm spine width offers enough space for a substantial stack of documents without making the box too bulky. This thickness is ideal for archiving medium to large volumes of paperwork per subject or project.

Flexible placement thanks to a considered design
This archive box can be placed both upright and lying down, which is practical with different storage options in your office or archive room. The label holders are located on two sides, so you can always identify the contents, regardless of how you position the box.

Sturdy closure with polypropylene material
The 0.7 mm thick polypropylene material ensures durability and protection for your documents. The three fold-in flaps with elastic bands and a press stud keep the box firmly closed during transport and prevent documents from falling out. The rubber coating provides extra grip and security when handling the archive box.
