What does this product do?
This EXACOMPTA archive box is specially designed for storing A4 documents that you want to keep for a longer period but do not need on a daily basis. With a depth of 90 mm, the box offers sufficient space for a substantial amount of paperwork, binders or files. You use this type of transfer box when you want to move documents from your active workspace to a storage location.

Why this compact 90 mm variant?
The 90 mm depth makes this box ideal for documents you use semi-actively or project files that are closed but still need to remain accessible. This size fits neatly between bulky archive boxes and slim document folders. You can stack the boxes efficiently without them becoming too heavy to handle.

Sturdy construction with a thoughtful design
The box is made of 1.5 mm thick laminated cardboard, which provides the necessary strength for regular use. The reinforced fold-over lid closes securely and protects your documents from dust and moisture. The handy finger hole in the lid makes it easy to take the box out of high cupboards or stacks without other boxes shifting.

Practical storage tip
This transfer box is delivered ready-made, so you do not need to assemble it yourself. With dimensions of 255 x 90 x 340 mm, it fits perfectly into standard office cupboards and archive shelving. Always write the contents and date on the side of the box before you store it, so you can quickly find your documents again.
