When do you need an archive box?
An archive box is used for neatly storing important documents, contracts or correspondence that you need to consult regularly. This EXACOMPTA Office by Me archive box is specially designed for A4+ format, so even documents with protruding tabs or sleeves fit without any problems.

Why choose a 90 mm spine width?
With a spine width of 90 mm, this archive box holds 800 sheets of A4 paper. This size is ideal if you want to bundle a substantial amount of documents per subject, without the box becoming too heavy to handle. You get enough capacity for, for example, an entire project file or a complete administrative year.

Durable and practical design
The box is made from recycled cardboard with a paper covering that has a textile effect. This gives it a professional look in your office or home workspace. The gold-coloured finger hole makes it easy to take the box out of your archive cabinet, even when it is standing between other boxes.

Practical tip for use
With dimensions of 90 x 255 x 340 mm, this archive box fits perfectly in standard office cabinets and filing systems. The A4+ format means you can also store ring binders, tab dividers and punched documents without them being damaged. Label the spine clearly for quick identification of the contents.
