What does this product do?
An archive box is designed to store documents and folders in an orderly way, away from your desk but still quick to find. You choose an archive box when you want to organise paper flows that you don't need every day, but still want to keep properly protected.

Why this variant is the right choice
The Exacompta Annonay archive box has a width of 90 mm, which makes it suitable for a medium amount of documents per box. With dimensions of 250 x 90 x 330 mm, it fits neatly into a standard bookcase or archive shelf, and because the boxes are delivered already assembled, you don't have to fold them yourself. You receive 5 pieces per pack, handy when you want to set up a full series of files straight away.

An honest explanation of the most important feature
The box is constructed from cardboard and covered with printed, laminated paper, which gives it a neat appearance. The reinforced flap closure keeps the box shut during storage or transport. Please bear in mind that it is made of cardboard: this is fine for a dry archive environment, but not suitable for damp or heavy storage conditions.

Practical tip for use
The finger hole at the front makes it easy to pull the box out of a shelf without disturbing the contents. The white finish and printed paper leave room to stick a label on the spine for quick identification. Store the boxes upright on a shelf for optimal stability and to keep the contents neatly together.
