What does this folder do, and when do you need it?
A folder is designed to keep loose documents organised together without punching or binding them. You choose this type of product when you want to sort papers that you refer to or take along regularly, for example project files, quotes, invoices or school documents.

Why this format is the right choice
This folder is suitable for A4 documents, the most widely used paper size in office and home environments. With 7 compartments, you can neatly divide a single file or several topics without immediately reaching for a heavier binder. That makes it practical for anyone who wants to bring order to a medium-sized stack of paper.

An honest note on the material
The folder is made of Colorspan board of 355 g/m², which provides sturdiness without making the folder unnecessarily thick or heavy. The insides are black, which makes stains less visible during intensive use. Please bear in mind that this is board, not plastic, so the folder is less resistant to moisture.

Practical tip for everyday use
The elastic closure keeps the contents together when you carry the folder in a bag or store it in a cupboard. The printed outside makes it easy to spot the folder quickly among other folders. Store it upright in a drawer unit or on a shelf to keep the compartments tidy and prevent documents from shifting.
