When do you need an order book?
A carbon order book is what you use when you want to record orders so that both you and the customer receive a copy straight away. The duplicate system ensures that every order is automatically recorded in duplicate, which is essential for administration and for confirmation to the customer.

Why choose the 210 × 180 mm format?
This compact format of 210 × 180 mm is ideal for mobile use during customer visits or on location. The book fits easily into a briefcase or handbag, while still offering enough space for all order details. The format is large enough to stay well organised, yet small enough for practical use on the go.

How does the self-copying system work?
The self-copying system means you don't need any extra carbon paper. The pressure of your pen automatically creates a copy on the sheet underneath. This avoids the hassle of loose carbon sheets that can shift or get lost, and ensures consistent, legible duplicates of every order.

Practical application
This EXACOMPTA order book offers enough pages for daily use. The brand is known for the quality of its self-copying paper, so you can be assured of clearly legible copies without marks bleeding through to the sheets below.
