When do you need a collection box?
A collection box is used to keep loose documents, project papers or files neatly organised and easy to transport. This type of box is ideal when you regularly work with A4 documents that you want to bundle temporarily, or when you want to store paperwork safely without having to put it straight into a ring binder.

Why choose a 60 mm spine width?
The 60 mm spine width offers enough room for a substantial stack of documents without making the box too heavy. This thickness is practical for project files or quarterly reports where you need to store more than just a few loose sheets, but don't yet need the capacity of a thick lever arch file.

Solid cardboard construction with useful details
This Exacompta box is made of Manila board, which ensures sturdiness with regular use. The three flaps and elastic bands keep your documents securely in place, even during transport or when the box is standing at an angle in a cupboard. The labellable spine label helps you quickly find what you're looking for.

Practical delivery and assembly
The box is delivered flat, which saves space for storage and transport. Simply fold it up when you need it. With its standard dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, it fits perfectly in most office cupboards, and A4 paper fits comfortably inside without creasing.
