When do you choose this product?
What does an accordion folder do, and when do you need one?
An accordion folder is ideal for sorting and storing documents neatly without punching holes in them. Use this type of folder when you want to keep different categories of documents separate, while still having quick access to all the information. Perfect for project files, administration or organising important papers.
Why choose 12 compartments in A4 format?
With 12 compartments, this accordion folder offers enough space to systematically organise extensive files. The A4 format suits standard office paper and documents. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm ensure that your A4 documents can be stored without creasing or being damaged.
Sturdy construction for intensive use
This EXACOMPTA accordion folder features stable plastic tabs and an expandable gusset with elastic rubber bands. The coloured inner compartments are made of 225 gram card, ensuring durability with regular use. You can store up to 200 sheets per compartment, meaning the entire folder offers room for a considerable amount of documentation.
Practical tips for optimal use
Be sure not to put more than 200 sheets in each compartment in order to preserve the folder's lifespan. The elastic bands keep the folder closed during transport and prevent documents from falling out. The coloured compartments let you easily apply a colour-coding system for different subjects or projects.
