What are document folders and when do you need them?
Document folders are essential for keeping loose papers and documents organised and for transporting them. You use them to protect A4 documents from folding, creasing or damage, for example when carrying contracts, reports or important paperwork between the office and meetings.

Why choose this A4 format?
These folders measure 240 x 320 mm, making them perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The format leaves enough room around your papers for a professional appearance and easy handling. With 100 pieces in one pack, you have a generous stock for long-term use straight away.

Colour coding for clear organisation
The folders are supplied in an assorted mix of ten different shades: dark red, grey, green, light brown, raspberry red, royal blue, ochre, fuchsia, violet and lemon yellow. This range of colours lets you organise documents by category, project or priority, assigning a specific meaning to each colour.

Sturdy quality for everyday use
The card has a weight of 210 grams per square metre, providing good firmness without making the folders too thick. This quality keeps your documents well protected during regular use and transport. With the generous quantity of 100 pieces, you are well supplied for a long time and can consistently maintain your colour-coding system.
