Handy A5 document bags made from sturdy 0.20 mm PP with a hook-and-loop closure — ideal for keeping loose papers organised at hand. The set of 5 in assorted colours (blue, transparent, red, anise green and violet) makes it much easier to identify your documents at a glance.
When do you choose this product?
What does this document bag do, and when do you need one?
A document bag is handy when you want to keep loose papers, notes or small documents organised, whether on the move or at your desk. This EXACOMPTA bag in A5 format fits documents of DIN A5 size exactly and keeps the contents together thanks to the hook-and-loop closure. You could use it, for example, for meeting notes, invoices or school documents that you want to keep separate.
Why this A5 format is the right choice
The A5 format, with outer dimensions of 240 x 180 mm, is more compact than a standard A4 bag, which makes it practical for smaller documents you want to have to hand regularly. The bag slips easily into a briefcase or backpack without taking up unnecessary space. With a capacity of 100 sheets, it also offers more room than you might expect at first glance.
An honest look at the material
The bags are made from PP (polypropylene) with a thickness of 0.20 mm. This makes them lightweight and flexible, but slightly less scratch-resistant than thicker versions. For everyday use when sorting and transporting documents, this material is perfectly suitable. If you need a bag that will withstand heavy use on a building site or in a toolbox, a heavier version would be the wiser choice.
Practical tip: use the colours as a coding system
The set contains five bags in assorted colours: blue, transparent, red, anise green and violet. This makes colour coding straightforward, so you can tell different projects, clients or subjects apart at a glance. The hook-and-loop closure also ensures that documents don't accidentally slip out of the bag during transport.
