When do you need a document box?
A document box is used to store documents, reports and other A4 papers that you need regularly in an orderly way. This type of box is ideal when you have many loose documents that you want to group by project, department or subject.

Why choose a 100 mm width?
With a width of 100 mm, this document box offers enough space for a substantial stack of documents without the box becoming too bulky. The dimensions of 100 x 235 x 320 mm make it suitable for standard office cabinets and bookshelves.

Advantages of PVC-coated cardboard
The cardboard is 2 mm thick and has a PVC coating, making the box sturdier and more durable than ordinary cardboard. This coating protects against moisture and wear, while the material remains lighter than plastic alternatives. The finger hole and spine panel make identification and handling easy.

Practical assembly feature
This document box is delivered flat, which saves space during storage and transport. You simply fold it together yourself when you need it. The spine panel can be written on or fitted with a label to clearly mark the contents, which is handy when storing several boxes side by side.
