Handy document folders with hook-and-loop closure keep your papers safely organised. The cheerful colours make sorting a breeze, and thanks to the 11-hole punch they fit in any ring binder.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These EXACOMPTA document folders are designed for neatly storing A4 documents in ring binders and lever arch files. Thanks to the 11-hole punching, they fit perfectly into standard ring binder mechanisms. The folders are ideal when you want to keep different projects or categories of documents separate within a single binder.
Why choose this coloured variant?
The coloured range in green, blue, red and white-transparent makes it possible to categorise documents visually. For example, you can assign a different project, client or document type to each colour. This colour-coding system saves time when locating specific documents and creates order in busy work environments.
Advantages of polypropylene material
The polypropylene material offers practical benefits for everyday use. This plastic is resistant to tearing and wear, so the folders last a long time. In addition, they are moisture-resistant, meaning your documents stay protected against small accidents with drinks or damp environments.
Practical use with hook-and-loop fastening
The hook-and-loop closure ensures that documents stay securely in the folder, even when the folder is removed from the ring binder. This is handy during transport or when you are temporarily working with documents outside the office. With 5 pieces in the pack, you have enough folders straight away to set up a complete filing system.
