When do you choose this product?
When do you need document folders?
Document folders are indispensable when you want to keep and transport loose papers in an orderly way. You use them for project files, client folders or sorting important documents that you consult regularly. The flap ensures your papers stay secure, even on the go.
Why choose this A4 format?
These folders, measuring 245 x 325 mm, are perfectly suited to standard A4 documents. The format offers sufficient space without papers crumpling or folding over. With a capacity of 200 sheets per folder, you have enough room for medium to large files without the folder becoming too thick.
Colour-coded sorting for clarity
The set contains folders in five different colours: blue, yellow, pink, red and green. This colour system helps you instantly recognise different projects, departments or subjects. For example, you can assign a category to each colour, which considerably speeds up finding documents.
A sustainable choice with recycled cardboard
These folders are made from 290 g/m² recycled cardboard, which provides sufficient sturdiness for regular use. The material is environmentally friendly and offers a good balance between durability and flexibility. With 10 pieces in one pack, you have a complete set ready for your filing system straight away.
