What are document sleeves and when do you need them?
Document sleeves protect important papers against dirt, moisture and wear, while keeping them clearly visible. You use them for organising documents in ring binders, presenting reports or archiving certificates and contracts.

Why choose this A4 PVC size?
These sleeves are precisely sized for A4, so standard documents fit perfectly without creasing. The 0.13 mm PVC material offers a good balance between flexibility and sturdiness, so the sleeves won't tear with regular use yet don't feel too stiff.

Practical benefits of the translucent design
The translucent quality means you can read your documents clearly without opening the sleeve. This saves time when searching for specific papers. The yellow colour lets you categorise documents by colour, which is handy for different projects or departments.

Convenient opening and grip for everyday use
Thanks to the opening at the top and right-hand side, you can easily slide documents in and out. The griffaussparung (finger grip cut-out) makes it easy to remove the sleeves from ring binders without disturbing other documents. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have plenty of stock for extensive administrative tasks or office projects.
