When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
Document folders are essential for keeping loose documents organised and for transporting them. These EXACOMPTA folders protect your papers from folding, tearing and dirt, while giving them a professional presentation. You use them when you want to store documents temporarily, take them along to meetings or organise projects.
Why this format and this variant?
At 240 x 320 mm, these folders are perfectly suited to A4 documents. The three tuck-in flaps provide extra sturdiness and help keep your papers organised. The labelling field makes it easy to identify the contents, which saves time when searching for specific documents.
Sturdy 250 g/m² manila card
The 250 gram per square metre manila card offers a good balance between sturdiness and flexibility. This material is strong enough to withstand regular use without tearing, yet remains supple enough to handle easily. The quality ensures the folders keep their shape, even when documents are frequently inserted and removed.
Practical colour coding with 50 pieces
The set contains 50 folders in five colours: sand, pink, green, yellow and light blue. This colour coding helps you organise different projects, departments or document types. By assigning each category its own colour, you find what you need more quickly and prevent documents from getting mixed up. The generous quantity of 50 pieces makes this set suitable for offices that regularly need document folders.
