What is a document folder and when do you need one?
Document folders are indispensable for keeping loose A4 documents neatly in suspension files or filing systems. You use them when you want to group documents by project, client or subject without punching holes in them. These Forever 180 folders offer a durable solution for offices that handle a lot of paperwork.

Why choose this A4 format in a value pack?
With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, these folders fit standard A4 documents perfectly. The pack of 100 pieces is ideal for offices that regularly create new files or manage a large archive. This way you avoid frequent reorders and benefit from the attractive bulk price.

Sustainable 170 g/m² board made from 100% recycled material
The 170 g/m² board offers enough sturdiness to protect documents without being unnecessarily heavy. The material is made entirely from recycled paper, which suits an environmentally conscious office environment. This density ensures the folders keep their shape, even with intensive use.

Practical tip for optimal use
The fresh green colour helps you organise your archive visually - for example, you can distinguish different categories by colour. Store the folders in a dry place to preserve the quality of the board. Thanks to the standard A4 size, they are compatible with virtually all suspension file systems and archive boxes.
