When do you need a folder file?
Folder files are indispensable for neatly archiving loose documents and assembling case files. You use them when you want to bundle A4 papers without punching holes in them, for example for client files, project folders or important correspondence that you want to keep in good order.

Why choose this SUPER 250 format?
These EXACOMPTA folder files measure 240 x 320 mm, so A4 documents fit comfortably without creasing. The chamois colour gives your archive a professional, neutral look that suits any office environment. With 50 pieces in one pack, you have sufficient stock straight away for extensive archiving work.

Sturdiness thanks to 210 gram card
The card weight of 210 g/m² ensures these folders are sturdy enough to store documents safely without tearing, yet remain flexible for daily use. This weight offers a good balance between durability and ease of handling, so the folders keep their shape when opened and closed regularly.

Practical: 100 mm insert flap
The built-in 100 mm insert flap is the handy detail that sets these folders apart. You simply slide loose documents into this flap, so they cannot fall out of the folder. This saves time when archiving and prevents important papers from going missing during transport or storage of your files.
