When do you need professional document folders?
Document folders are indispensable for organised filing of documents in offices, administrative departments and home workspaces. You use them to bundle loose papers and protect them from damage or loss. These EXACOMPTA SUPER 250 folders are ideal when you regularly work with A4 documents and are looking for a durable filing solution.

Why choose this A4 format in violet?
The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm provide ample space for A4 documents without them becoming creased. The violet colour helps you create a logical colour-coding system in your archive, so you find your documents more quickly. With 100 pieces in one pack, you have sufficient stock for larger filing projects or long-term use.

Sturdy 210 gram per square metre card
The card weight of 210 g/m² provides enough rigidity to protect documents properly. This thickness strikes a good balance between durability and flexibility: sturdy enough not to tear under normal use, yet not so thick that the folders become unwieldy in filing cabinets.

Practical storage and use
These document folders fit standard suspension filing systems and filing cabinets. With the bulk pack of 100 pieces, you won't need new stock for a long time. Store the folders in a dry place to preserve the quality of the card, and avoid stacking too much weight on top of them.
