When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This EXACOMPTA drawer unit offers structured storage for all your important documents and office supplies. With 4 drawers, you create order on your desk and keep essential items within easy reach. The DIN A4+ format means you can store standard A4 documents as well as slightly larger formats without any trouble.
Why this size is the right choice
Measuring 278 x 347 x 267 mm, this drawer unit is compact enough for any desk, while the DIN A4+ format provides room for almost all common document sizes. The 4 drawers, each 55 mm high, give you ample storage space without taking up too much room at your workstation.
Open drawers with practical pull-out stops
The open drawer design gives you direct sight of the contents, which speeds up finding documents considerably. Each drawer is fitted with a pull-out stop that prevents the drawer from falling completely out of the unit when you pull it too far. This protects both your documents and the construction of the drawer unit.
Storage tip for optimal use
The polystyrene material is sturdy enough for daily use in the office. The black housing with coloured drawers makes it easy to apply a colour-coding system: for example, yellow for urgent matters, blue for administration and green for project documents. This boosts your productivity because you find the right drawer more quickly.
