What is an elastic folder and when do you need one?
An elastic folder is designed to keep loose documents together without the need to punch or bind them. You choose this type of folder when you want to temporarily hold a file, quote or project together and keep the papers quickly accessible. Think of meeting documents, client files or completed forms that you consult regularly.

Why this particular version?
This elastic folder is made from Colorspan board weighing 355 g/m², which ensures a sturdy construction that keeps its shape even when you use the folder repeatedly. The three inner flaps hold your documents securely on all sides, so nothing falls out when you place the folder in a bag or drawer. The elastic band around the corner also closes the folder extra firmly.

Honest about the size
The folder is suitable for A4 documents and measures 240 x 320 mm. This means standard A4 sheets fit well, but you have no room for protruding tabs or thick stacks of documents. A printed field has been applied to the front where you can note the contents, which is handy if you keep several folders side by side.

Practical tip for use and storage
Thanks to the board material, this folder can be stored flat in a desk drawer or archive box, and it stacks easily. The grey colour lends itself well to a neutral, orderly filing system, where the pre-printed space on the lid lets you see at a glance what is inside. Do you keep several files? Then the uniform colour gives your archive a calm, organised appearance.
