When do you need folders?
Folders are used to organise and protect loose documents neatly. They are indispensable for archiving important papers, sorting project documents or creating files per customer or subject. With these folders you prevent important documents from getting creased or lost.

Why choose this coloured assorted pack?
This set of 100 pieces gives you a complete colour system for your filing. You get ten different colours: light blue, blue, beige, grey, yellow, lilac, orange, pink, red and light green. This way you can assign a category to each colour, which considerably speeds up finding documents.

The quality of 160 g/m² Manila card
The 160 g/m² Manila card provides enough sturdiness to withstand regular use. This weight offers a good balance between durability and flexibility, so the folders keep their shape but do not become too heavy when holding many documents. The card is strong enough for daily office use.

Practical tip for optimal use
These folders measure 240 x 320 mm, which fits standard A4 documents perfectly. Create a colour code in advance in which each colour has a specific meaning, for example red for urgent, green for completed and blue for ongoing matters. Write this system down so that colleagues can use it too.
