Bring colour and structure to your archive straight away with these cheerful document folders. Each folder holds 200 sheets of paper, and thanks to the ten different colours, you'll find your files in no time.
When do you choose this product?
What do document folders do, and when do you need them?
Document folders are essential for organising and protecting loose documents without having to punch holes in them. They offer a quick way to temporarily group paperwork, protect it during transport, or keep track of different projects and categories.
Why choose this A4 format of 240 x 320 mm?
These folders are specially designed for A4 documents, and at 240 x 320 mm they provide enough room to fully protect your papers. The A4 format fits perfectly with the Dutch office environment, where it is the standard document size.
Ample capacity of 200 sheets per folder
Each folder can hold up to 200 sheets of 80 gram paper, so you can store substantial quantities of documents. The 220 gram per square metre recycled cardboard provides enough sturdiness to bear this capacity without the folder sagging or tearing.
A practical colour combination for instant overview
You receive 100 folders divided across ten different colours: dark blue, canary yellow, chocolate brown, fuchsia, ivory, lilac, orange, red, light green and green. This colour range lets you immediately distinguish between different categories, projects or departments without having to stick on labels. Perfect for systematic filing, where colour serves as a visual code.
