This EXACOMPTA rental folder pack has been specially developed for landlords of furnished homes subject to French legislation. You need this complete set when you wish to rent out a furnished home and have all legally required documents in order. The pack follows the new guidelines of the French Climate Act and includes the information notice in accordance with the decree of 29 May 2015.

The pack contains all the essential forms you need for letting: 3 rental contracts for furnished homes, 2 triplicate self-copying inventory forms for the property, 2 information leaflets on the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords, plus an inventory form for the furniture. Self-copying forms for efficiency
The inventory forms and guarantee deeds feature self-copying paper, so you automatically receive several copies without extra work. The inventory forms come with three copies (triplicates), and the guarantee deed with two copies (duplicates).
