What is a visitor book and when do you need one?
A visitor book is a handy administrative tool for recording visitors, deliveries or other important contact moments. You use it when you want a reliable written record of who has been at your office, practice or business, and when.

Why choose this vertical 80×150 mm format?
This compact vertical format fits perfectly at a reception desk or in a standard folder. The 80×150 mm size is large enough to note all essential visitor details, yet takes up little space at your workstation.

The benefit of duplicate sheets with autocopy technology
This visitor book uses autocopy paper, so you automatically get a copy of every registration without carbon paper. You write once and immediately have two copies: one for the visitor and one for your own records. The 50 numbered sheets run from 1 to 50, which helps you keep track of the chronological order.

Practical writing support on the go
The cardboard back panel makes it easy to write, even if you don't have a hard surface. This is especially useful when you use the book by the door or if your reception has no fixed writing spot. The sturdy card prevents show-through and ensures a neat, legible record.
