When do you need an accordion folder?
An accordion folder is useful when you want to sort and organise documents without punching them. With multiple compartments, you can keep different categories separate, such as invoices by month, project documents or correspondence per client. This makes it ideal for both home and office use.

Why choose this 5-piece set?
This set contains five accordion folders in different colours: yellow, coral red, mauve, pastel blue and pastel green. The colour coding lets you visually distinguish between different projects or categories. The dimensions of 330 x 250 mm make these folders suitable for A4 documents.

Capacity and material benefits
Each folder has a capacity of 400 sheets, so you can store a good number of documents. The outside is made of translucent polypropylene, while the inner compartments are made of crystal-clear polypropylene. This material is durable, and the clear inner compartments make it easy to see what's inside.

Practical in use
The press-stud closure keeps your documents safely in place, even during transport. An important detail: the tabs are writable, so you can clearly label each section. This way you find what you're looking for quickly and your administration stays neatly organised.
