When do you choose this product?
When do you need an accordion folder?
An accordion folder is used when you want to organise documents without punching holes in them. This type of folder is ideal for sorting contracts, invoices, project documents or other important papers that you want to keep intact. With multiple compartments, you can keep track of different categories at the same time.
Why choose this A4 format?
This A4 format, measuring 240 x 320 mm, fits standard Dutch documents perfectly and fits in most filing cabinets. The compartments offer sufficient space for medium-sized projects or for dividing documents by weekday, month or different subjects.
Sturdy Manila card construction
This accordion folder is made from 400 g/m² Manila card, which ensures durability with regular use. The elastic rubber closure bands keep the folder securely closed during transport. Each compartment can hold up to 200 sheets, giving the whole folder a generous storage capacity.
Practical organisation with colour coding
The coloured tabs and inner compartments make it easy to keep different document types apart. You can see at a glance which compartment you need without having to leaf through the entire folder. This saves time when searching for specific documents and keeps your administration neatly organised.
