What is a collection box and when do you need one?
A collection box is the ideal solution for keeping loose documents, project files or important papers organised. You use this box when you want to temporarily store A4 documents before filing them permanently, or when you want to keep active projects tidy on your desk or in the cupboard.

Why this 40 mm spine width is the right choice
With a spine width of 40 mm and a capacity of 400 sheets (80 gram paper), this collection box offers exactly the right amount of space for medium-sized projects. You can comfortably fit a substantial stack of documents without the box becoming overfull, while it also won't take up unnecessary space when you're storing less paper.

Sturdy PP construction with elastic closure
The polypropylene material with a cover thickness of 700 my provides durable protection for your documents. The elastic closure keeps the contents securely in place, even when you move or transport the box. The spine label makes it easy to label the contents for quick identification.

Practical colour coding for clear organisation
These collection boxes are supplied in a set of 8 in various colours: light blue, dark blue, black, pink, red, anise green, dark green and purple. You can assign each colour to a specific project, department or document type, so you can see at a glance what you're looking for. The dimensions of 250 x 330 mm make them suitable for standard A4 format.
