What are sheet protectors and when do you need them?
Sheet protectors protect important documents against dirt, moisture and wear while keeping them accessible. You use them for presentations, reports, certificates or other paperwork that you often need to consult but still want to protect. Thanks to the opening at the top and right-hand side, you can easily slide documents in and out.

Why choose this A4 format with colour coding?
This pack contains 100 sheet protectors in A4 format, suitable for standard documents and divided across five colours: blue, green, yellow, red and transparent. The colour coding lets you visually distinguish different categories of documents, which speeds up organising and finding them. The A4 format fits standard ring binders and presentation folders.

Practical benefits of the 0.13 mm PVC thickness
The 0.13 mm PVC thickness offers a good balance between protection and flexibility. The material is translucent, so you can see the contents without opening the sleeve. This thickness is sturdy enough to protect documents from daily use, yet remains flexible enough to easily leaf through in folders.

Handy organisation tip for optimal use
The finger recess (hand grip cut-out) makes it easier to remove the sheet protectors from folders without damaging them. Use a fixed colour scheme for different projects or departments - for example, blue for financial documents and green for HR matters. This way you create a consistent filing system that everyone can follow.
