When do you need cardboard A-Z index tabs?
Cardboard tabs with an A-Z layout are indispensable for organising documents neatly in ring binders and lever arch files. You use them when you want to sort alphabetically by name, subject or project code. This EXACOMPTA 20-piece set gives you a separate tab for each letter of the alphabet, so you can quickly find the right section.

Why choose this A4 size in ivory?
The A4 size fits perfectly in the standard ring binders and lever arch files you use every day. The ivory colour is neutral and professional, so these tabs suit any office environment without distracting from the contents. The 20-piece system offers plenty of room for extensive alphabetical filing.

Sturdy 155 gram card quality
These tabs are made of 155 gram card, which is sturdy enough to withstand regular use. The card is firm enough not to tear when flipping through, but not so thick that it takes up too much space in your file. The blank design means you can write in what belongs under each letter yourself.

Practical tip for use
Make sure you use these tabs in A4 ring binders or lever arch files with sufficient ring spacing. Label the tabs with a pen that won't bleed through to the back. For long-lasting use, it's best to place the label in the top right-hand corner, so it stays clearly visible when documents are placed behind it.
