What does this product do?
The EXACOMPTA N'CLIP document folder is an A4-size folder that helps you keep loose documents organised and transport them. You use this folder when you want to temporarily bundle papers without punching holes in them or putting them in a ring binder. This is ideal for projects, meetings or daily administration where you want to add or remove documents flexibly.

Why this specific A4 size?
The A4 size fits standard office paper perfectly and ensures your documents don't crease or fold. With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, this folder offers enough space for A4 sheets, including a little extra room around the edges. This prevents damaged corners and makes it easy to slide papers in.

The clip closure in practice
The practical clip system sets this folder apart from ordinary folders with elastic or press studs. The clip holds your documents firmly in place without applying extra pressure that could cause folding. You can open and close the folder quickly, which is handy during busy workdays or presentations.

Practical tip for use
Store this folder upright in a tray or drawer so the clip closure works optimally. The blue colour makes it easy to distinguish this folder from other documents in your office. Make sure you don't put too many sheets in the folder at once, so the clip can close properly and your documents stay safe.
