When do you need these folders?
Folders are indispensable for organised archiving of documents in offices, home workspaces and study areas. They help you keep important papers neatly arranged and easy to find. With the 2-ring lever mechanism, you can add or remove documents quickly without damaging them.

Why choose this format and this quantity?
These light green A4 folders make it easy to visually distinguish different categories of documents. The advantage of this 10-piece pack is that you get enough folders in one go for a complete filing system.

Durable construction with practical details
The folders are made of PVC with reinforced edges, ensuring a longer lifespan with intensive use. The replaceable spine label is particularly handy, as you can update the labels when the contents of the folder change. The shaped grip opening in the spine makes it easy to pull the folders out of the cabinet, even when they are sandwiched between other folders.

Practical tip for use
With external dimensions of 320 x 290 mm, these folders fit standard office cabinets and bookshelves. Make sure you clearly label the spine labels so you can always find your documents quickly. The lever mechanism works best when your documents have punched holes at the correct spacing.
