When do you need a box file?
A box file is ideal when you want to separate various documents without punching holes in them. For example, you can sort by month, categorise by project or keep different subjects apart. This system works perfectly for meetings, presentations or organising administration where you need quick access to specific documents.

Why choose this EXACOMPTA Iderama variant?
With 8 different colours in one pack, you can set up a colour-coded filing system. The colours range from turquoise and dark blue to various shades of green, red, black, purple and pink. This helps you find the right file at a glance and makes your document management more organised.

Sturdy construction for everyday use
These box files are made from coated manila board of 600 g/m², which ensures durability with regular use. The black and grey inner compartments are made of 225 g board and offer sufficient rigidity. The corner clips keep your documents safely in place, even during transport.

Practical capacity and dimensions
Each file has a capacity of up to 600 sheets of A4 paper, providing room for substantial quantities of documents. With dimensions of 240 x 320 mm, they fit perfectly in standard office cabinets and desk drawers.
