With 26 alphabetical compartments, you keep all your documents perfectly organised. The expandable back grows along with your admin, and the reinforced construction ensures years of use.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need an alphabetical filing folder?
An A-Z filing folder is ideal when you want to arrange your documents alphabetically and find them quickly. It is perfect for storing correspondence by customer, supplier or subject, where you regularly need access to specific documents without having to search for a long time.
Why choose 26 compartments?
With 26 compartments, you get a separate section for every letter of the alphabet, allowing for a very detailed sorting system. This format offers more organisational options than filing folders with fewer compartments and prevents sections from becoming overfilled during intensive use.
Expandable spine adapts to your needs
The expandable gusset (folding spine) is the great strength of this filing folder. As you add more documents, the spine expands to accommodate the increasing thickness. This keeps the folder neatly closed and ensures your documents retain their shape, even with intensive daily use.
Practical details for optimal use
The plastic tabs with a magnifying effect make the letters clearly legible, even when flicking through quickly. The inner material of 300 g/m² ivory-coloured cardboard offers sufficient sturdiness for regular use. Please note that this folder is suitable for A4 documents measuring 250 x 330 mm, so standard A4 paper fits perfectly.
